Once items are handed over to third-party shipping carriers, tracking information will be provided. For cross-border orders, the customer/consignee is responsible for all applicable local import taxes, VAT, duties, or customs clearance fees in their respective destination country.

Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and retained within their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened.
