Estimated Delivery Times & Rates

All orders are verified, packaged, and handed over to logistics carriers within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

As soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your direct tracking URL will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update status within the carrier network.

For cross-border international shipments, parcels are sent Delivered at Place (DAP / DDU) unless specified otherwise during checkout. Any import duties, local sales taxes (VAT), or clearance fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• • Incorrect Address: Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate. SK Global Trading cannot modify labels once an order is in transit.
• • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building reception before contacting our support desk within 5 business days so we can lodge a carrier investigation.
