How the Return Process Works

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible:

• ✓ Items must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same brand-new condition as received.
• ✓ All original packaging, shoe boxes, barcode tags, dust bags, and accessories must accompany the return.
• ✓ A valid proof of purchase (Order ID or confirmation receipt) is required.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect in variant/color, SK Global Trading will cover 100% of the replacement or return shipping costs. Please report claims within 48 hours of receiving the package with unboxing photos/videos.

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment hub, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days (processing speeds depend on your bank/payment provider).
